Default 1994 5.0 heater hose routing.

I replaced the heater core in my 94. I labeled all the electrical connections and they are all good. But I forgot to label the heater hose connections, so I forget which heater hose goes to which tube. Also, i now have a heater hose restrictor, but no instructions for which hose to place it. Thanks for your help.

upper connection off heater tube goes to right side connection on fire wall. Lower connection of heater tube to the left connection on fire wall. The heater tube comes off the front of the intake. So I'm referring to the back of the tube.

heater hose restrictor goes in the heater core supply hose, think it will only fit that one. Is it a black restrictor? Usually the tapered part faces the heater core and the flat part faces the water pump direction. The restrictors don't come with instructions so I googled and found some info about them.
