Default answers for shimmys in my car

i just remembered my grandpa had a similar problem in his 5-series. we were driving along and the same thing happened. the problem was that the e-brake wasnt completely pushed down and it vibrated after about 30 mph. make sure your e brake is completely disengaged and that it isnt binding</P>

On the pistons I think they went to hypouteptic(I probably killed the spelling) pistons at that time. If it wasn't then I know they did sometime. I don't know for sure.

It really depends on who rebuilt the engine. If they were performance minded they would have gone with forged, if not they went cast, or Hypohoweverthef*ckyouspellit.
