what size is the stock throttle body? what brand and what size should i get? how much hp will it add?

With the mods you have now you dont need a bigger TB, but if you want a 65mm Tb or even 70mm will do fine, get about 10-15 hp gain.

Not even with those mods you wont need a bigger TB, unless you get a cam or heads the Stock Tb will do fine.

and you wont see 10 to 15hp gain from a TB on a near stock or stock motor

if i get an intake manifold, cai, maf, pulleys, than would i need one? or will stock do fine? what size if so? MAC or perfessional products?

Dont even bother unless you get an intake , cyl heads, Theres lots of brands, bbk , professional pro,
mayb mac??

a couple of things to remeber : You dont want an oversized TB , especially on a normally aspirated car, because it will hurt torque, and therefore midrange power and drivabiltity, rather then improving it.

Also select a TB that is smaller then your mass air meter. for example , use a 65 mm TB with a 70 mm mass air meter

It depends on what you plan on doing, but for now with the mods you have, stock maf and tb are fine. once you start messing with larger mods , then upgrade tb and maf accordinly.
