Default 89 Mustang 5.0 Running Rough

Hey everyone,
I'm new to this forum but I have a quick question. I have been noticing recently that when I am out driving especially on the highway and I go to give the car some extra gas is stutters before it starts to accelerate. it doesn't shake the car or slow it down and only lasts a second or two before it starts to accelerate again but you do hear the engine sound like it might be misfiring. I have done a fuel filter, plugs, wire, cap and the whole distributer itself and it help out a little but it still acts up. wondering what the next thing I should check. I have heard checking injectors but want to get a second opinion before taking the intake manifold apart.

ok got some codes and for KOEO I got 34,96 and for KOER I got 12,21,91 from what I could find on the internet that means

12 - unable to control self test RPM high
21 - Engine coolant Temp out of range
34 - Exhaust pressure to high/out of range
91 - oxygen sensor indicates to lean/ no sensor
96 - high speed fuel pump circuit open

from what I can determine I am going to replace the oxygen sensor on my drivers side(I have replaced the passengers side because of age/it broke) and I have also heard that I should try increasing the idle speed as that can sometimes cause code 12. also I ran a cylinder balance test and got a 90 or a pass but I did notice for the last few cylinders the oil pressure dropped but never went out of range just fell a little bit as it tested a cylinder and would come back up after it finished with that cylinder. I cant make any sense of why it might do that. any thoughts

swap known good 02 to the other side and suspect bad to the opposite and see if code follows bad o2, if it does, there you have it........also for code 21...did you run koer with engine at operating temp?? if not...rerun koer
