Fuel issue, HELP please.
Ok, here's what I've done so far:
Replaced fuel pump
New battery
New ignition cylinder
Checked inertia switch
Has spark
Checked fuses
Far as I can tell (when the fuel pump is wired directly to battery) I am getting fuel and spark, rotates but wont start. Also, the way I checked the spark was putting a wire inside one of the boots and while sitting in the car and cranking the motor I watched it spark/arc from the wire to the door hinge, spark wasnt impressive but it was there....fyi.
What isnt working:
Fuel pump doesnt kick on when I turn the ignition switch. I wired it directly to the battery and it runs so I know its good. What are the chances the CCRM/Radiator Fan module is faulty? I dont care if I need to hookup the fuel pump to a toggle switch to start the car as long as it starts, lol. So assume I have SPARK and FIRE but still wont start.
This is totally stock as far as I know, picked it up from a wholesaler for $1200. This is my first Mustang and I intend to make it a 12 second fun car, nothing too radical. ANY advice would be appreciated but please only knowledgeable users reply, I have a garage background and know more than just basics.

One needs a pretty long wire to check for spark at the door hinge. That is a lot of resistance and spark will be weak. If you have spark and you have at least 34 psi fuel pressure and the car will not start you need to look into the ignition timing, and/or if the fuel injectors are triggering. You can see if your injectors are triggering with a test light of some sort or a simple volt meter.
The ccrm is a common problem and they are known to go bad on one side while still operating the fan. But that doesn't explain the no start condition when fuel pressure is there and pump is run manually.
I believe your seeing symptoms from 2 or more problems.
Also run a KOEO to see if any codes are stored.
