Question stalling,running rich. 89 lx 5.0 5 spd car

got this car and it has headers with sidepipes with no cats and or o2,s. my question is if i use the pipe i got would it solve my issues with my car, want to put this on with mufflers and tails,will these work and will it be compatiable with my ecm,

No 02s = runs very badly. Get your self some new 02 to replace the ones that are in those pipes, those 02s are junk. You can see they are all bent up and have bee smashed a little.

i figured i have to get new ones,without the cats do i need wide band or can i use stock 02,s

Stock 02s are fine. The cats on these cars make no difference for the upstream 02 sensors any ways. I cant remember what year started using down stream 02s after the cats, but I know for a fact that yours never had them. Just get some new stock 02s. A bit of heat will make your life much easier trying to remove those old ones.

I'll be honest.......not a fan of side pipes on these car but those don't look hatefull........street driving may catch road kill and curbs with them...lol

Lol ok on a truck or a old classic hot rod, but your right on a fox they look out of place.

that car has the personality for them..........I'd leave it the way it was and do as many redneck mods to it I could and see how fast I could get it to go on the cheap, I mean look at the engine bay......I think that car would be fun to beat on and shop craigs list for take off performance parts on the cheap. I'd like to see a pic of underneath on how they adapted the side pipes. OP post the underneath!!!

i agree got car like this last week that is why i,m wanting to change back to a full exhaust
