Convertible top wont work 1990 5.0

My top has always worked fine...haven't driven the car for a while and now the top doesn't work...Is there a fuse for the top that might have blown?

Im sure there is a fuse, and also a relay.

I think it's #6 location in the box 20amp

do you hear the motor running when you hit the switch?? if you do you might just be low on ATF in the pump
