so i did a koer test and the codes i got were
327-dpfe or evp circuit below minimum voltage of 0.2 volts( no clue what that means?)
412-cannot control rpm during koer high rpm check
116- ect out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts
and my cylinder balance teast was 90 which is all good.
please help me understand codes thanks

So it sounds like the evp is probly removed or just disconnected, that is just the smog crap and is not needed.
The ECT is the engine coolant temp sensor and the computer looks at that to know when to go into closed loop, turn on the fans , and also help determince air/fuel ratios. I would just change it they are cheap.
The 412 could be the IAC is dirty or failing so something to consider cleaning it or replacing it.

k so what I found out was the codes I pulled were false because the car wasn't warmed up before I did the test. so I rescanned and got code 314,311 and 327 which are all codes for smog and egr which I have capped off or deleted. so its telling me theres nothing wrong but there most definitely is a problem somewhere. I'm sure the issue has to do with open/closed loop if that's the case what parts/sensors will cause open/closed loop problems that won't come up on the koeo scans? oh yeah and I also have a check engine light on but the codes that come up are all parts that have been deleted, and pluged with a tune to keep the light off so I'm thinking theres something else wrong that the koeo isn't reading.

pulled both o2 sensors car runs better shifts better but has less power. plugged 02's back in car sounds better has more power but idle hangs when shifting and when i stop accelerating it seems to want to keep going faster for a second or two before it stars to drop backdown
