My 1994 Cobra Is Having RPM Issues

Over the course of about 3 months, my car developed a serious RPM Issue. It started as a small loss of RPMs at about 24-2500 and would drop about 200, just enough to tell it had skipped or misfired or etc. One night it would barely hold any RPM to make it back home and then it smoothed back out until about two months ago when it would start drastically losing power all over the RPM range. I changed the fuel filter, plugs and wires, ignition coil, cap and button and finally the ECU. By the time I changed the computer out, it would constantly back fire and then die but after the computer swap, you can take it down the road but the RPMs still fluctuate wildly. I have put a screwdriver to the injectors I could reach and you can hear them firing on time. There is a suspect cold puff of air out of the tailpipes and the driver side headers are running at 400-450 degrees and the passenger side is running 250 degrees. The fuel pressure is right and the fuel pressure regulator valve is good too. It sounds kind of like a clogged exhaust from the symptoms but it doesn't have cats and the pipes are as loud as they have ever been. This gremlin has me at the edge of my wits. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks for the time! Here is a link to a YouTube video I uploaded of the tach after the ECU swap if it helps!

Pull codes first, might help track this gremlin down.

Possibly a bad distributor, or the PIP inside of it. If you have acess to a different dizzy drop it in and see if it changes things for you.

Thanks for the replies! I'll get to fooling with that next and let you all know how it goes.
