I have a 93 gt that on start up is missing badly if i drive it and jump on it a few times or drop it down a gear it clears up, but if i shut it down and restart it back to square one. Makes no difference if it is at operating temp or cold start up. I had a distributor laying around swapped it out same out come with that one as well.

Was the distributor that you swapped out a known good one?
