Default a/c fan wont come on

HI, Im sure this has been posted before.....
when the car is driven normal, the temp. and fan operation is normal. when
i turn the a/c on the electric fan does not come on and engine runs way over on the hot side.
I changed the fan clip (mine was melted). i changed the a/c switch on the condenser. and the fan relay in the fuse box under the hood.
Am i missing something?
the a/c works and blows really cold. but over heats the engine. Any help is much appreciated.

ccrm has relays for all operations of the fan, I think there is a separate relay for fan operation when the a/c is in use. Located in the front by the overflow bottle.

if the fan is not coming on at idle speed...meaning when car is sitting still.......a/c output will suffer greatly as heat will not be removed from the condensor thus allowing high side pressures to sky rocket and poor a/c performance will result.......a/c I'm sure is cold will driving down the road, but sitting still it'll suffer, you need to see if the ccrm is functioning........there is a high speed and low speed relay in it.

If I remember right the A/C kicks the high fan control relay in the ccrm ?
