93supercharged

I have a 1993 mustang gt. It has a 10 pound supercharger, cobra upper and lower intakes, flowmaster exhaust, 42 pound injectors, fuel system, and high output fuel regulator, and chip. Car has 59,000 original miles. It just started acting up, has rough idle and hesitation when hitting the accelerator. Any ideas on what it could be?

misfire........narrow it down to a cylinder
