Default checking my kenne bell supercharger oil help

hey there, spent a ton of time trying to find anywhere if the unit is to be checked while engine running or shut off, I am assuming engine off... thats how ive done it for the 2 runs ive had it, seems to be consuming oil as well, or blow out, if anyone could chime in.

engine off, there are 2 lines on the dipstick, you need to be between them. i have a 2.1 and do not consume any oil. are you refilling it with the correct oil?

if so and it is using oil, then you need to send it in for a reman, they charge $699

I purchased the unit used, re did my engine, installed unit and have driven it a total of less then 60 miles total since install. Since i have owned it i have only used their name brand blue supercharger oil "because all others will harm kenne bell superchargers" In that time it has gone through a half a container of their oil. I am not seeing it ANYWHERE in the bay so i know its going into the intake and burning.... 98% sure. im so pissed but at the same time assumed i would need a reman on a used head unit.

there is no gear noise wine chirp or play at all super tight, just eats oil...

im showing 15-20 vacume till i get on it then ive seen 3 boost, (have it under driven to see 5 max) i can take it to 9 or 10 safely. if any of that helps
