1991 mustang trimming restoration question
 
I have a 1991 mustang an my trimming around the glass an the black housing for my mirrors are faded an was wondering if the trimming is considered a glossy black are regular.

I really can't remember, but just Google up a couple pic's of stock mustangs and you'll know right away. Good luck

Pretty sure they are supposed to be Matte black.

Best stuff to use is some trim black form SEM. Gives a nice low gloss look to them. Should be able to pick some up at a local auto body/paint supply store.

right here is what you need^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ SEM, TRIM BLACK

I agree with everyone. SEM makes a trim black spray paint that looks matte. From what I've read it looks original.
