Hey guys, I've got a 88 lx coupe that died on me a couple days ago. Just shut completely off. I checked spark from coil to distributor, and it was good, but not after distributor. So I bought a whole new distributor, installed it, still no spark...... Any suggestions?

If you remove the cap and crank the engine, does the rotor rotate?

It does.

The only other thing it could be is the wiring to the distributor.

If you have spark going to the center spot of the distributor cap, but not making it out to the plug wire connections, it sounds like either the rotor is not turning-which you say it is, or the rotor (or the cap) is the incorrect part. That rotor is the only connection to the holes that the plug wires go to. There really isn't much else in there.
