I have a 4" aluminum driveshaft, 4.10s with a locker, and c clip eminated axels. Im sure tranny will be coming down the line soon!

I have done quite a bit of research, over the last few nights, and man things have changed in the last 6 or 7 years. Now looking into a stage 2 trickflow cam. Anyone have opinions on them? probably going to try and pair it with 1.6 rockers, twisted wedge 170cc heads, and a 75mm throttle body.
that combo will be lucky to yield 280-290 rwhp untuned........you want 400 rwhp
347 short block...www.fordstrokers.com
tfs 11r heads
custom fti cam www.flowtechinduction.com
tfs box R intake or a victor jr and all supporting mods such as 80mm tb/maf and 30-42 lbs inj's and 255/340lph in tank pump

have it tuned and you'll be at or over 400 rwhp depending on your attention to detail.............this is done right and not skimping

Ref. to jthorn9's post.

+1 ^^^ , "IF" you have an unlimited bank account. But "young and dumb" usually means young and poor lol. That build would be nice if you had 12-15k laying around.

I believe you can do a reliable, stock block, 400 crank hp build for alot less. And keeping the rpms down to a respectable level, meaning under 6k, and it'll last a long time. And a T5 will last awhile as long as you respect it as a weak link, treat the shifter like tempered glass, and stick with street tires.

BUT, if your going to keep doing "young and dumb" , then you'll be better off with jthorn's advice.
