Default Canton 7 quart oil pan drain plug gasket.

Hey guys, I need a replacement oil drain plug gasket for my canton pan. Would anybody recommend one that is NOT nylon? Canton recommended felpro 70822, but it's absolute CRAP. I read a few forums about nylon gaskets, and they said they will loosen with heat cycles. They were absolutely right! That is what Canton recommended so I tried it, and I regret it.I've had to re-tighten it 4 times in 7 heat cycles. Each a quarter turn. I'm not even sure what size it is. Any recommendations?

just take the plug to a parts store and match one up, we have an assortment at work and that's what I often do

My canton pan came with a copper one on it. I could believe they loosen because my brother has one on his stock pan and it wasnt even tight when we drained the oil last time.

I got the pan with a copper one on it too, it seeped on the front plug, but it was not loose when I took it off. I bought the pan/motor used with 400 miles on it and it sat for a year. That's why I originally called canton. I will NEVER use nylon again. What a scary thought of the oil plugs coming off.
