Default almost through my rebuild. adv

i totalled my 92 schp severe service mustang 2 months ago. the engine, transmission, driveshaft and rear end were all fine. we took the engine out and had it stripped down, cleaned, new freeze plugs and cam bearings put in it. now we are waiting on the rebuild kit, timing chain, b303 cam and main bearings. i want to replace all hoses and other cheap stuff that is hard to reach while the engine is in the car. i also want to get rid of emmisions crap and leave off the power steering pump and a/c. i know i will have to get a water pump that turns the other way but is there anything else that i should be expecting to run in to? i've had 8 mustangs but this is the first rebuild. also the car it is going in is a 1989 4cylinder with auto transmission. the car i wrecked was a 5 speed. are the pedals hard to change? any other advise or warnings? thanks.

MAN MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A 8.8 REAR END THE 7.5 WILL NOT HOLD UP ON LOTS OF TORQUE/AND I WOULD FIND A 5 SPEED MAN UNLESS YOU PLAN ON HAVEING IT A DRAG CAR AND IT TACKING UP QUICK OR SPRAYING THEN I WOULD GET A GOOD CONVERTER AND PUT SHIFT KIT IN
