So I was thinking to a while back when I had this same issue with my 95 f250 I had to replace the ignition control module could this maybe be what is causing my crank no start condition and If it is where would it be located all I can find is stuff on the constant control relay module does my car not have an ICM and a ccrm instead?

At this point, what I would do is squirt some starting fluid in the intake and see if it will start and run for a second or two on that. If so, you definitely have a fuel delivery issue.

Ok so I know for sure that I have no fuel pressure the little thing that looks like a valve stem coming off the fuel rail has nothing at all coming out now yesterday it dribbled out but nothing now I still don't know yet for sure if it's just the fuel or both I'll have to run to Vatozone to get some ether and I'll give that a try thank you for your input

Update so I tried some starting fluid and as I thought I don't have any spark at all either along with no fuel could the CCRM be causing this? Or just happen to have that something like coil and fp quit on me?

I'd check them separately, I'd start by making sure the fuel pump has Voltage. If there is no voltage to the pump, I'd wire it right to the battery and see if you get fuel. If the pump runs when you put 12 V on it, the pump is OK. If the car starts then, the ignition is OK. Might be a good idea to check the fuel filter to make sure it's OK

So it sounds like you have both a fuel pressure problem and a spark problem. Very odd for both to act up at the same time. Looking back at the earlier posts in this thread, this caught my eye:
Maybe we need to give this possibility a closer look? I've never had to deal with the PATS system, as my car doesn't have this transponder key setup. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in soon. At any rate, your car's previous owner seems to have suspicions about it...
Is your THEFT light doing anything?
...do these cars by chance need a transponder key? When I bought it like three weeks ago on my way home with it it stated dinging like a door dinger so I got ahold of previous owner and he said it was because the key that I have is not a transponder key and it's supposed to have one.
Is your THEFT light doing anything?
