Hi all,

im new to stangs although i always like to have a ford in the garage of some kind...

had this car a year and finally time to get this project back on the road. I just got a new ecu for my 89GT auto and was finally able to see what codes my engine was throwing.. (my old ecu was the wrong one for my car, and had a burned ground wire).. so the codes im popping are 22, 10 and a few emissions codes.. in not worried about. 10 obviously that will go away when i fix others. 22 is likely cause i need to set the new TPS, that i wasnt able to do with the bad ecu.

that brings me to my emissions codes.. my car has headers, and none of that stuff is hooked up... how do i get these all tuned out of the ecu so i dont keep popping codes? is there a chip? tuner? etc? help.. if you know the actual name of a website or ph # even better..

the only emissions code that'll turn the light on is egr.......I did the resistor trick and that cured the light from coming on............smog doesn't turn it on, at least in my 89 it never has and I have deleted all emissions in my 89
