My 94 mustang is having problems, the fuel pump is not turning on, the pump is only about two months on old. The car was running and driving then I put it up on ramps to work on something completely unrelated and when I went to take it off it refuses to start. There is no sound coming from the pump at all where as before I could easily hear it. The fuse blew about a month ago, I replaced it and everything went back to working perfectly, this time the fuse is still in tact but I still have zero fuel pressure at the fuel rail. I am unfamiliar with the electrical system that powers the fuel pump, but I am familiar with a digital multi meter so if there are any tests I can do that.

Is there a fuel shut off switch? I know for rangers and explorers, I know unrelated, theirs is on the passanger side front floorboard, if it gets tapped then it shuts off power to the fuel pump, reason being if you get flipped upside down it shuts the pump off so fuel isn't continued being dumped in. It only takes a little tap to trip it, I'd check that.
