Default Help With 94 Mustang

Hello all I need some serious help with my 1994 Mustang Convertible, I just say Mustang because I am no longer sure if it is a GT or if it was originally a 6 cylinder. This is the vin# 1FALP45T8RF228931. The car ran and drove but as I started getting into it I started seeing that it was missing plenty of stuff. Missing front seat belts, rear 1/4 panel trim speaker box on rear drivers side. The convertible top motor was missing and all 2 rear window motor are gone and the fronts are bad and no hand break. The seats are just nasty but those I was going to replace any way. I finally found the last of the interior parts I needed minus the seats and started pulling out the interior and when I was done I started looking over the motor to see why the gas pedal got stuck when I drove it home. It seems that its hanging up on the tubes that run under the throttle body. That's where I noticed that the motor doesn't look like others I saw in a 94 and 95. It looks like its a pre 94 motor. This is a mess I have picture to send if anyone can help Thanks all

It is a convert GT.

I sounds to me like a previous owner just really jack up repairs. Should be a good project. Once you go through everything you will have a nice car.

Here is a tip, when you go to your local U-Pick salvage yard take a bunch of shot with your phone on their 94s and 95s engine compartments and interiors. You will be surprised how your memory will mix up different engine looks and interiors from memory. The pics will help you return it to stock if that is your aim.

94 and 95 do not have a kickdown cable.
