Default SVE Top end kit

Looking to get this kit, anyone ever had it or currently running it? I'm on a budget and can't really afford a nice Trickflow kit and the SVE top end kit is very reasonably priced. Check it out in case you don't know about it.

Seems like a good deal, but I've learned in all my years, you get what you pay for.

If you go this route, I think we'd all be interested in your before and after thoughts. Dyno #'s help too.

Good luck.

You sir are correct, I've always lived by "you get what you pay for" as well. Well, it's definitely going to be happening in the next 2-3 months so stay tuned. I'll try to get those dyno #'s too.

I've got an S197 so these kits don't apply to me but I have used several SVE products and so far I've been very pleased for the price. All of their parts are made by one of the big names and just rebranded. You can usually google around and find the manufacturer who made the parts for them to help in your decision. It may make your decision easier if you know who made the parts.

That kit costs less than what I spent just on my heads... and I didn't go as deep into them as I wanted to.

Don't be too surprised when that combo fails to or barely breaks 300hp.

I'm thinking I'm going to save for the trick flow kit with the twisted wedge heads. I've heard that kit is good for over 300 hp

Great choice, I think you'll be much happier with that setup.

Keep us posted on the progress.......
