Default 94 gt motor mounts or Harmonic Balancer??

just picked up 94 gt & when i rev it up past 1000 & it goes back down has bad shaking ? read that it could be motor mounts or Harmonic Balancer. people i got it from says had new balancer put on it looks new but idk ? & ive not yet done tune up but it feels like more than a tune up to me. just trying to see if i should put alot of money into it or i should move on, i got it at a pretty good price.

Balancer looks good, that bolt is just plugging the egr tube nothing to worry about unless its leaking exhaust.

Vibrations most likely due to a miss fire. Plugs, wires, cap, rotor. Pull codes http://www.dfwmustangs.net/forums/showthread.php?t=7908 also run optional cylinder balance tests as shown in link.

Yes a bad miss due to faulty plus/wires cap/rotor will shake bad especially as RPMs increase. It could even start to loose spark as RPMs increase.
