yes i know there is no adjustment on these cars and people say no benifit to adjust i want to know if it tps needs replaced because of the 1.13v closed and if it is a problem not reaching 4.9v open it hits 4.6 max. or if it is because of the 5.11v feeding it. any ideas?

I'd slot the TPS to get voltage below 1.1v at idle. Anywhere between .5v to 1.1v is good.
Your WOT voltage isn't important as the computer reads anythng over 2.71v from the idle readings as WOT.
EDIT: Someone correct me if I'm wrong as I don't know if this is correct for SN cars.

basically it doesnt matter, if your idle speed is good, the tps voltage being .4v off doesnt indicate or control anything as far as strategy goes, the pcm looks at airflow across the maf and adds fuel and adjusts timing based on load. in the field you will almost never see any tps sensor actually get to 5v at wot, it gets close but not 5v, thay give a range as a spec and as long as its in that range, the sensor is ok. if you are trying to fix an issue, and the tps tests within range, messing with it wont fix your issue. here is a detailed setep by step process of how to test a tps, you will notice that the max v never gets to 5v http://www.enduringautomotive.com/tps/
