Default smoke

what would cause my car to all of a sudden push oil smoke out of my mufflers? the passenger side is really bad and the drivers side not as bad but still does. I have good oil pressure but my car has never smoked like it is now.t does it at an idle and really bad when I it the gas

First thing I would do is change the PCV. A failing crank ventilation component will cause it to have some blow by. If that doesn't solve the problem, then its time to move on to having a compression test done.

typical SBF oil consumption areas are, pcv, vlave guides/seals, stuck/coked up oil control rings. start with the pvc as stated above

yes it is bluish smoke. I will try the options listed. also just to add I put 1.7 rockers on and didn't change my push rods. I was told that the push rods might have been a little to long and could have worn the valve guides, does that sound accurate?

doubt it, if there was a valvetrain geometry issue you would have binding and breaking of valvetrain componants, a 1.7 swap is very common
