there should be a noticable change in idle when you screw in the set screw.
its on the back part of the TB,
if its backed out too much it will just stall.
with the engine off, turn the set screw till the throttle blade is closed.
then turn it the other way 2 full turns.
take the plug off your IAC and start it up.
once it gets warm, lower the idle till its about 650-700 rpm.
shut it off, plug in the IAC, and you should be good to go.
