MIL eliminators on a 94??

MIL eliminators on a 94??
Okay i've checked practically everything on my car and it seems to all check out okay, but it's still much slower than it should be. I was wondering due to the o/r x pipe could my car possibly need MIL eliminators between the 02 sensors and connectors?

look save yourself the time and hassle along with money
get your stock H pipe and put it on. if car runs better it was the loss of the cats that hurt it if it doesnt then somehting else. and you ahve ODI computer and the O2s dont effect the ecu as much as it does on ODII cars
