the 5.0 long block??? you might as well get a 347 short block and throw on some big heads/ cams. or, even better, get a used big block and do the h/i/c to that. that would put out big power!!! alsoi would get a trick flow intake and a demon carb instead of edelbrock. </P>

rpm 2 intake, afr205 heads, long tube headers, demon carb, x-303 cam.... damn that sounds good doesn't it.. dislocate your neck in first on some bfg dr's...</P><edited><editID>tripsevn7</editID><editDate>37983.6169212963</editDate></edited>

does 347 or 351 bolt on to the existing t-5 or aod transmission.I am not familiar with ford trans.

Yea. I think you just have to change to change the bell housing.

since the 347 is the same exaxt engine except the stroke everything will fit, even the bell housing. the 351 depends in if its a windsor (big block) or cleveland (small block). the windsor need a lot of changes to get it in since it a big block</P>
