KSanders43, I will tell you the trick we used back in the day. Get a piece of clothesline rope and run it thru your pulley system. This won't be exact, but it will put you in the ballpark. Then bring the sized rope to a parts house, and they will take it from there. Good luck.

Thats probably gonna be a difficult answer to find in forums, because of you running an underdrive crank pulley but stock water pump & alternator pulleys with a smog delete pulley. The lengths ive found posted were with 3 underdrive pulleys or the stock pulleys in place plus bypassed/deleted smog,ac and/or power steering. If you were running all 3 ud pulleys and bypassing the smog pump vs running a delete pulley in place of the smog pump,an 84.5" belt would be the one you need.
*** the lengths shown in the diagram below were measured with a ud crank,wp & alternator pulley in place, plus bypassing the smog pump. The ud crank pulley is smaller than the stock one but the ud wp & alt pulley are larger than the stock ones,so the belt is probably gonna be shorter than 84.5",if you bypass the smog pump, run stock wp/alt/ps,ac pulleys and a ud crank pulley***
You could also rig the tensioner pulley so its sitting in the position it would be in if a stock belt were in place, then run rope around the pulleys, like Buck suggested,& lay the rope out lengthwise when done, so you can measure it.
