1990 Gt will not start when cold without prime
My 1990 GT will not start when cold without starter fluid prime. I can hear the pump prime when key is turned on and I have 30 psi at the fuel rail. Prime with starter fluid and it will start without difficulty. It will also restart when warm without problem. Runs fine after starting however will not restart after it cools. I believe it must be fuel issue since it runs without problem after it warms up. Any ideas/suggestion as to what is wrong?

Clean the MAF sensor with some maf cleaner spray. If it still wont start look at the fuel filter and or the fuel pump going out. Generally the system requires minimum of 32-34 psi of fuel pressure to start. I had an s10 that did the same thing, it was below minimum pressure and would start with fluid and run and start the rest of the day untill it cooled down.
