Rough idle

Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out why my 1991 mustang 5.0 runs rough when I first start it up...then when I put it in drive an drive it. It smoothes out. Even after I put it back in park its still smooth. But after it sits for maybe an hour or two. Start it up an begins to idle rough again. I've replaced plugs, wires injectors, idle air control an fuel filter. Any ideas?

Any vacuum leaks? Stored codes?

No vacuum leaks that I know of and not sure on the codes.
