Default heads came in

well about a month and a half ago i bought some gt40p heads on ebay for $212 plus about $60 for shipping. they came with the rockers and valves and everything and they came off of an explorer with 30,000 miles, so they are in real good shape. The guy sent them to the wrong address and since it took a month and i payed for 3 day shipping he gave me the shipping money back, so i got these heads for 212 shipped. anyways, im gonna have them hot tanked, magnafluxed, 3 angle valve job, and reassembled with new springs and retainers. Is there anything else i should have the shop do? Also, i have pics of them on my website in my sig just go to the engine build page.

They're probably not aluminum, but you might want to have them decked too, or at least checked out.

I'm not sure, but I remember reading that these heads need different headers than reg Mustang heads. Always have your heads resurfaced.

Yeah they sell headers just for the P heads but Ive done some research and everywhere i look says longtube headers work fine and i am switching to long tubes anyways. Im gonna talk to them about porting but we will see because my budget = teh suck.

Right, I definately want to get them port matched. anyone have a rough idea of what that would cost to have the shop do? If its not too much i'd have them do it since i don't have a dremel and doing it myself would include the cost of buying one.
