Bolts WILL NOT STAY IN
I installed new headers with the bolts that came with them. The screw through the headers, gasket and into the block but the damn things will not stay in. I blew a gasket because a few came too loose.

Is there anything I can use to ensure these bolts will stay in once and for all?

Thats damn odd!I put my headers on and used anti seize and they are still tight over a year later.I only put them on torqued them down cold and drove it until the crappy paint started to burn then retorqued them. And about once a month i recheck them to ensure theyre tight.

I have heard of this before though and from what everyone says it just comes with the territory."LOCKTITE" will not work very long. How long are you driving it before they loosen up on you?Your best bet is to get those locking bolts.I've never used them but ive seen them and asked about them and from what i've gathered they are a nice peice.

Friendly advice though i ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT USE ANYTHING LIKE LOCKTITE ON THE HEADS things like that can cause problems like broken bolts. Also check your threads you could have debris or rust down in the threads not letting it fully seat.

call summit or jegs and they have header bolts just for that purpose. jegs header bolts will run you from 4.99$ to 6.99 and come in packages of 12. page 10 in the catalog. or you could go with the locking header bolts thay will run you around 42$ and guranteed not to loosen they are on page 63 in jegs. get those i did and have not even had to check them.
