stay fuel injected.........going carbed won't be an upgrade.......do a mass air conversion then go turbo....on3

Default Engine upgrade

87droptop, I just converted a 1987 Fox Body LX from fuel injection to a carbureted 331 stroker. I also did the same conversion to our 96 Mustang with a 308 engine. You can start by removing all the fuel injection crap and install a Edelbrock Performer RPM Intake Manifold and top it off with your choice of a Holley 650, model 4150, double pumper. Both cars are running a good hit of juice, but that is my choice of self destruction. We also have a fuel injected Dart 363 with a 86mm turbo, on our 1,020 HP 1988 Mustang fastback. To play on the street, I still like the feeling of those secondaries kicking in. Let me know if you have any questions.
