Default Fuse for Power Mirrors

Just getting my '89 LX 5.0 back on the road and can't adjust the mirrors. I wanted to check the fuse before digging any deeper but the mirrors aren't listed on the fuse panel. Anyone know which fuse it would be?

According to my Chiltons manual, the power mirrors are tied into fuse #8 15amp Lt Blue.
The fuse marked with the blue circle in the diagram below is the location for fuse #8.
If the fuse is good, the switch is most likely bad since its rare for both mirrors to go out at the same time. Its also possible, the power/ ground wire that feeds the switch could also be at fault.
The second diagram below is the wiring schematic for a 90 model.
