I have a similar setup to yours and I used a trick flow stage 1 cam with stock length hardened push rods and I've never had any issues.

Yeah Ford racing 1.7 roller rockers.....still is in fact

FYI- 1.7 rockers add .030" lift to the cams max valve lift figure. So a cam with a lift figure of .500" + .030"= .530" lift

Examples:
(E303 cam)
In .498" Ex .498" lift w/ 1.6 rocker
In .528" Ex .528" lift w/ 1.7 rocker
(TFS Stage 1 cam)
In .499" Ex .510" lift w/ 1.6 rocker
In .529" Ex .540" lift w/ 1.7 rocker

Has it been converted to mass air already??

yes it has been converted to mass air. so do you think I will be ok with stock push rods with 1.7 rockers, E303 cam?
