Rear Crank Cap Replacement

So while I was trying to replace my rear main seal, I managed to bend my rear cap a bit (got frustrated trying to get the seal out and put too much pressure on it). As it sits it will need to be replaced as I'll never get it to seal up at this point. Can I just replace the rear cap and bearing or do I have to change them all out? I've never done any engine bottom end work before, I realize I'll have to raise the engine or drop the suspension components to get the oil pan off, but I was hoping to do this work without removing the engine completely. Any help would be appreciated.

The other ones will be fine, just don't get them mixed up. You can pull them off and put them back on. I always look at the one that is the furthest away from the oil pump when checking bearings. It tends to have the most wear.

Never mind I'm an idiot, it was just the metal part of the gasket I managed to bend. I got the gasket our after actually looking at the new one and realising that :)

Put some Teflon based pipe sealant on the flywheel bolts before you install them because the bolt holes in the crank run all the way through. If the oil leak continues even with the new seal, youll have to install a crank sleeve or replace the crank to stop the leak.
