Running rich

I recently bought a 1995 mustang with a fully built 347 stroker, tb, cam, intake, 42lb injectors, heads Kenne bell s/c, water/meth injection, msd ignition etc. Car is from vandalia ohio, i bought it a week ago. The dealer selling it said the guy ran into money problems and had to sell it so they don't have a ton of info on the car other than it was supposedly tuned and build is less than 3500 miles old. Car is running super rich. Plugs in it are fouled they are platinum plugs gapped at 27 thousandth. Aem af is showing 10 constantly and seems to work fine (I trouble shot it). I live in western ma. And don't have any tuning shops closer than three hours away. Any suggestions on how to lean it out, what plugs should be in there etc. Aldo the car has an obd2. Thank you from A new member.

What is your fuel pressure set up at ?

on a stock vehicle, it is plug and play. On yours, it will be some work but, they do have classes online that can teach you how to do a lot of it. I learned how to tune my superchared car in 2 weeks.

if the chip had a good tune, i could possibly rip the tune off of it for you for a starting point, but it sounds like your tune is ****

on the plugs, i ran a 3923 or a NGK equivalent. 3922 may be too cold and try to foul on you if it idles a long time, but you are welcome to try them out and see.

my advice on the quarterhorse would be to get some online help with team viewer software or re-route the belt and learn how to tune n/a first. It is hard to blow a n/a engine up, and once you have it running decent, throw the supercharger belt on it, drop the timing and adjust the maf curve.

Trimdrip has nothing better to do other then gamble, drink, and tune cars so you should get him to do it for you, lol. If you know a reputable tuner in the area they may be able to fix it for you, I've always gone to tuners for my 94 since I'd never have the time to learn how to do it right myself (although I wish I could)
