I was referring to the cylinder head coolant ports but I put the engine back together and it's still overheating. I've looked at ever possible cause and changed the needed parts and it still overheats. Will an electric water pump help if not does anyone have any idea to help fix this,
New aluminum radiator
New high flow water pump
New radiator hoses
New high flow thermostat new 2x12" fan each fan 2150cfm even with a Mark VIII fan my car still overheated. NEED HELP, Thanks

i had problems with overheating until i went to a radiator that increased the coolant capacity. It was a 2 row, but the rows were 1.25" wide. The 2 row was actually larger than than the 3 row aluminum that had problems with overheating....although, it wasn't running as hot as yours is driving down the road. 240 cruising is a problem
the pump really shouldn't matter.
you sure the block hasn't been partly filled or anything like that?

Yes I did some more research and my radiator might be the problem ,I purchased my new radiator off ebay and it's probably from china from what I've read the tubes are too small. So I purchased a Griffin radiator with 1" size tubes and I hope that was the problem with the ebay radiator, will give update when I get the Griffin radiator in.
