No current in 2 plugs or distribution box
I have convertable mustang 95 model, Some times back i have really this weird problem while driving, its start lossing power and consuming more gas and some sort of misfire sounds also come and in the dash red heat light comes up as well but when i switch off the engine and then after 5 minutes re start the car no problem but last time it happens and i have did everything but the problem remain their and then i thought may be my 1 of the plugs not working. i have taken out the wire from distribution cap one by one abd to my astonish 2 plugs were not giving any sort of current flow, i thought that may be my distributor is gone then i change it new one with all new plugs even though the problem remains same that my mustang working only with 4 plugs. Any body have any idea what is the problem with it. No current supply to distrisbutor in one of the 4 wires.

RE: No current in 2 plugs or distribution box
So you took the wire off and you have no fire from the wire, or is there no fire from the plug. If no fire from the plug, but some from the wire then just replace the plugs. If it's from the wires try unhooking the ones you know dont work and install the good ones on that part of the dist. That will tell you if your wires are bad and need replacing. I think it will be the wires since you replaced the dist and you still have the same problem.
