Default A/T Radiator for a 5-Speed

I just stumbled across a great deal on a brand new radiator for my 5.0 5-speed. Only issue is that it is setup for an automatic tranny. Has the two threaded holes in it for the tranny lines. Since it's brand new, it still has the plastic screw-in caps. My questions is: Do I need to plug these holes or anything? Or should I simply remove the plastic caps and put her in? Since they're for the transmission fluid, I assume there's really no need to worry with them, but just want to be sure before I proceed.

Thanks

Nothing will leak out of the holes if they are not plugged, but you may want the holes some day, and you can screw a plug in them to keep them clean.

That's how they do it from the factory, just leave the plastic plugs in.

I think I'll do that (leave those plastic plugs in). Surely the heat won't melt them....

Thanks

Or put brass pipe plugs in from your local harware/automotive store, no reason to take changes for cheap ($2-3) insurance.
