Default Likelihood of a T-5 transmission failure?

Im gonna get my rearend completely done in and little and im debating on whether to order my short block next or a new tranny. My stang has over a 100K miles but i dont flog it. Other than being a little stubborn when going into reverse every once it a while, its working as advertised. So is the tranny something i should worry about any time soon?
