Default Back bumper swap

The only thing i don't like about my gt, is the rear bumper. I want the exaust pipe tips to stick out, instead of hiding behind the bumper. The only way so far that i have found is to buy a 87-93 cobra bumper, from
https://www.cervinis.com/search.aspx...ra%20Hatchback
the only problem with this, is i've heard first hand that you have to cut the bumper just a little bit to fit the gt. does any1 have any ideas, or opinions on this?
Thanks..BEn

im pretty sure if you went to and exhaust shop they could bend your tail pipes just a little bit and they would stick out from under your gt bumper...will have a slight down ward angle but will do what your after and with out the price of a new bumper cover you dont really need...

yeah thats what i was gonna do. i heard that the fitment is good with no cutting. but yeah get the cobra bumper or turn downs because angled pipes sticking out from a GT bumper looks like trash.
