Default cleaning some sensors...

How do I go about cleaning the EGR valve, what parts do I need to clean. Also, with the IAC and the MAF sensor, are they both okay to clean with brake parts cleaner or will WD-40 work better? What other sensors, besides the ones that I talked about, do i need to clean?

The screen was taken out a long time ago, so I'm guessing that I should put it back in? Alright well I'm going to go clean that tiny MAF sensor and put the screen back in. How do I go about cleaning that EGR valve?
