Default EGR

can egr make a ruff idle, when my car was idleing i sprade carb cleaner at the valve when you can see it from those 4 holes on the EGR, and when i did that the idle changed like there was a vac leaking from there is that normal

should be sealed so if you sprayed the out side then the diaphram must have a hole. time to buy a new one.
