It could handle it, but you'd probably see a drop in low end trq (poor throttle response). The idle might also be affected as well.

I have a 70mm on my '94. Professional Products makes an affordable piece with a polished finished. I've heard of a place called Pro Mustang Performance that always has them in stock and offers free shipping over $50, maybe you want to check them out ;-)

Eddelbrock Heads 1.7 RR
Eddelbrock Intake
Headers
O/R Xpipe
3.73 Gears
Smog Pump Delete
CAI
MSD Ignition
Bunch of little things.

Will that be alright to use a 70mm TB?

It would be alright, but why waste the money when you already have a 65mm on there. If you port the heads and add forced induction it would be worth it.
