I have a 94 GT and the air pump is squeaking a lot. I took the small diameter ORANGE vacuum hose off the air diverter valve (I think). I felt vacuum at the end of the orange hose, but felt no air coming from the air diverter valve port. Should I feel air coming out at idle?

Also, is there an air pump replacement pulley I can buy if I take the air pump off? If so, who sells them? I dont have emissions here, but the car does have cats.

Yes, there is a pulley, go to Summit and do a search for fog pump removal.

sounds like your pump died on you and you can just take it off and get a shorter belt and be done with it

yea you should be able to reroute the belt and by a shorter one, so do some homework!
