I need some Conv. Help

I have a 97 GT conv. and the little windows on the sides quit working one stopped a day ago and then this morning the other wouldn't go down. The motors are pretty new and both have 10-12 volts going to them. and the fuse is good. Is there anything else it could besides the motors.

i would say the motor is bad the way they work is u have negative on both side until the switch is pushed up one side get pos down the other wire get pos could pull them out and check them
