when picking a cam you have to decide what you want from the engine.

Do you want maximum power? Willing to give up idle quality? Willing to give up streetability? What are you going to do with the car?

man you noobs have to research first. then buy parts. just buying a cam isnt going to do s**t. if it isnt matched ot your goals. and asking hp figures. you cant no one knows exactly what youll get out of it. every ride reacts differently to mods.

all we can really do is suggest good companies to look into, such as crane cams, ford racing, trick flow, go to www.summitracing.com for a complete selection. lift and cam duration depend on what you have/will have in it. give us the details and we can help with those.
